8. How to Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your account, here's what you do:

For iOS and Android App Users:

  • Click on 'Your Profile' at the right side of your screen to open menu.
  • Select Settings.
  • Now select Account Settings.
  • Scroll down to Account Deactivation section and deactivate to delete your account.

For Web Users:

After you delete your account, we'll remove your personal info, gig history, messages, and any pictures or videos you've uploaded. But remember:

  • We might keep some info for legal or business reasons, like records of your payments for taxes.
  • It might take up to 30 days to completely remove all your data.

If you need help or want to delete your account another way, just go to our messaging platform and contact support from the contact support tab.
