Refund Policy

Gigaat is dedicated to providing a fair and professional experience for clients and Providers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for refunds and how disputes are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available in cases of:

  • Non-delivery of legal services.
  • Significant deviation from agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Mutually agreed cancellations between the client and Provider.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@gigaat.com within 7 days of the service date.
  • Include all supporting documentation to expedite the review process.

3. Refund Limitations

Refunds are not issued if:

  • The service was delivered as agreed but the client changes their mind.
  • Delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information or documentation.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
