Needing a VA to turn google docs into canva editable worksheets on a weekly basis. And create and use Google spreadsheets to keep track of weekly data.

Those who have experience working with business language teachers is a plus.

Must have / be:
Examples of Canva documents / presentations / worksheets.
Examples of Google Spreadsheets created to track data with shortcuts and links.

Job length:
One month trial and will continue if it’s a good fit for both.
First 2 weeks approximately 5 hours, 2-3 hours per week 3 and 4
The cantidades I shortlist will be given a small homework assignment. The person who performs the assignment as well as having prior experience will be hired.

Pay:
Flat rate of $60.00 a month for the first month.

Tools:
Intermediate Canva User - experience with canva creating templates / editable worksheets
Intermediate to Professional Google Spreadsheet - prior experience using google spreadsheets, shorts cuts, linking other documents,  


Communication:
Whatsapp - quick answers, check ins, and screen sheets for quick feedback
Shared Google Folder - Big items, final products


Deliverables:
You’ll hear from me every Saturday with tasks. You’ll deliver within 48 hours for small tasks and 72 hours for bigger tasks.
