Faceless YouTube Documentary Video Editor

Job description
I'm seeking a pro video editor for my YouTube channel focused on HURRICANES who can produce one video per week @ appx $50/per 8-10 min video.
1) My goal is to emulate editing styles used in the videos below. Simple, yet effective with great storytelling!
2) Must be able to source applicable hurricane/news footage & pictures to accurately match scripts provided.
3) Need video techniques to tell engaging stories with quick edits, text layovers, music, sound effects, etc. when applicable. Vids must have a good pace -- without long pauses in scripts/voiceovers.
4) Must avoid YouTube copyright issues by using vid clips that typically are no longer than 7 or so seconds.
